Making Choices Together

Making Choices Together is an initiative and campaign by Improvement Cymru to encourage open conversations between patients and their clinicians to make decisions together about the right care for the patient. 

The posters, flyers and social media assets were designed to encourage people to ask 3 questions to their GP or Clinician. All design assets were created as a set that could be used together and as separate elements, in English and Welsh.
