It struck me that during client briefings, we barely have the time to look at more than the project at hand. I believe that a look at the bigger picture of a company's services, products, brand, website and marketing strategy would be extremely beneficial, so we are planning some Touchpoint session days.

It's taken us quite a while, but of course -– we have to slot it in around our schedule. We are actually very happy with it as it showcases our ranges of design projects nicely.
